I am wanting to know what this charge is for.
6-29-17 charge of 19.99 appeared on my credit card. I was notified of this unsolicited service saying I could cancel but I would still be charged. THIS IS A SCAM!
I have a $64.04 charge on my credit card for AVAST Software. I am trying to find out who charged this to me. So far, I have not gotten an email as promised.
Charge showed up on Credit Card $63.29..Totally unaware what it was CB*AVAST SOFTWARE S R >>Never heard of it. Emailed ..got a response that they had received it.
I called Avast customer service regarding an unknown charge of $48.59 The woman could not find any record of charges with my name on it. She kept asking if I bought my Avast Antivirus from some digital place. Why and how would I remember who it came? As far as I'm concerned Avast comes from Avast. Then she said it was for an Avast Antivirus charge. I do have a free version and it clearly states Free, which I told her. She insisted my trail was up. I told her No, it was not a trial. She hung up. Which was ok as she was quite difficult to understand. All I want is my money back. Gesh! smh some CSR!
my credit card was charged $59.99, I did not order anything.
I did not purchase his software on the internet or by phone.
I purchased the 19.95 version of believe. It a was the cheapest form of security Avast offered. I received a credit card bill for $69.and change. want my money back. Also did you hire CBI or are they a scam?
I never have ordered from the crooked Avast and never will. They are nothing but scammers.I will not recommend them to anyone either after all this. I called the last time this happened and they were gonna take me off their billing. Repeat never ordered anything
I just received a bill from Discover for the amount of $63.59 with the number: 197759175 I would like to cancel it since I already have other protection for my computer. Thank you Ursula Raymondo

I was charged 19.99 for a subscription renewal. I don't use Avast Software and I never signed up for automatic renewal. Please reverse this charge on my credit card now!
