This is a charge for using your card on a soda vendi machine that acceptscredit or debit cards. They always charge way over what the price of the soda is. I purchased a $1.00 soda on my debit card and was charged $6.00 for one soda. They fixed the charge the next day, but still it's annoying. Also need to make sure after using your card if you do that you hit the cancel button on the machine after getting your drink, otherwise someone might be able to purchase a drink on your card.
