I was alarmed seeing the same message on a Mastercard statement. It turns out, due to a needed change in flight plans, I booked last minute a flight on Thai Smile airlines at an airline office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I had no emails from a travel agent or airline with any information, which is where I usually look. There could have been some similar information on a boarding pass or receipt which I no longer have, but the cost and timing are a perfect match and the flight does not show listed elsewhere
