This is "keio puresso hotel" In Japanese the "Puresso" with two "s" in its name is transliterated as "っそ" which is a small letter "tsu" and a letter "so". The merchant's name should be "KEIOPURESSOIN" meaning "Keio Puresso Inn" but it has been incorrectly entered. I also encountered this on my credit card statement and was surprised, but then I realized what it was.
