Yes, they are thieves. They are located on the web at www.beatbug.net They have many other site addresses. They sell drum metronomes etc. and they keep your money and the product. They do not have a phone number and they will not return any emails. No trace of them online in order to try to track them down. I currently have Paypal working on finding them.
