Supposedly L.L. Bean website. After purchase, attempted to contact them by email address listed on the site. Came back as non-existant! They are apparently located in Hong Kong.
Ordered Craftsman tool set for $120.87 and never received confirmation of order or merchandise.
Ordered a tool box on this site. Supposed to be service.vip.Iris @gmail.com . but is automated sight. I charged $77.80 to my credit card and received a shipping tracking number on 11/22/25, but I still have not received it.
I purchased a Lego set on Nov 28. The charge was from Payfly*bitrealms.ai HK. Kept getting emails that payment did not go through and to pay again. I never paid again. Emails I sent never went through. Started dispute with my credit card today Jan 4.
