I bought 2 items in Monsoon on line. The parcel never arrived. Investigating I realised my payment went to Payfly. It has been impossible to get in touch with them to ask them why they got my payment and Monsoon has not been any better. What can I do? please advise.
The above company advertised on line to be selling MACY'S clearance clothing for male. I made a purchase and that was the last I heard from them after thy charged my account.

I emailed back and forth with the company and tracked my purchase to no avail. I finally requested a refund or I would report them as scammers and got the money repaid to my credit card.
This company is used by https://www.conforamasale.shop/ to collect payment on their behalf and they showed massive reduction in prices. I placed an order and received email from suspicious address for confirmation. Please do not purchase anything from https://www.conforamasale.shop/

I paid 37 euro . The item never came . They kept putting me on hold, BIG SCAM! Will I ever get my money back ...? I don't think so. Never buy again online if they don't use Paypal.

I made an order for clothes and paid 120(€ ). The payement was for Payfly* MC domreck HK. After I was charged, I didn't receive any confirmation. I've tried several times to reach them and no response! The FB link doesn't exist anymore. Be very attentive! The prices were really too good to be true.
