We purchased aftermarket hub caps from BBS Car Wheels and the charge on my CC statement was "PayPal *tobetowed2". The email for BBS Car Wheels is: tobetowed2@aol.com which may be why it shows up that way. This is a legitmate charge - for us anyway.
