The permaburn society is a company owned by James Dolan. Several years ago he was running a tour of Philadelphia using mopeds . I know this because he is a scam artist. At that time he contracted with my company to restore several Puch mopeds to be used for this venture. He stiffed me on the payment of over $1,000. After this con man convinced me to deliver the mopeds for free on a Sunday to Philadelphia from northern New Jersey he presented me with a check for the repairs that he had stopped payment on 2 days prior.
