I have the same. Recently I "asked" Amazon.com to register my creditcard and they sent me an e-mail explaining that they would withdraw a small amount on the card along with a invoice number that I have to use when I register the card. Actually, I did it twice so I have two withdrawls on my card now :-). As soon as I enter the invoice number to register my card I will get the money back.
No, sorry. It was my PayPal account.
