They trick you into ordering their ecig through a survey or something. In the confirmation email they tell you they enrolled you for a $99 charge, then a recurring monthly charge of about $60 for re-fills. They claim it was explained in the terms, however, I read nothing about it when I read the terms, and declined all additional charges.
