My wife was involved in a fender bender in LA recently, and someone must have called a tow truck (not my wife). She paid him ($100) with our credit card. The charge showed up as from "SFM*Roadside assist 886-710-6121" on our credit card statement, but neither our Insurance Company or anyone else knows who this SFM is. The phone number shown does not work. Who is SFM ???
Yes the source of that charge is through roadside assistance from Verizon wireless which my cousin called last night since he has Verizon and they asked for credit card number to pay for the tow truck build my credit card for $89.99 for tow truck that never showed up and then said they only had a hold on it and they would release the hold so I can get my money back and I still haven't seen it and that was yesterday March 6th when this happened last night
Called and company kept putting me hour off told them to cancel but they had already charged now it's been 3 weeks with money on hold ,they have not refunded
