I have the same problem. It's from my recent trip to Iceland. I've just figured it out: It most probably is a petrol station near Keflavik Airport. Although the station where I filled up was under the brand Orkan, I was charged by SKELJUNGUR FITJUM REYKJANESBAR. Icelandic Wikipedia (translated by google) explains that Skeljungur is an oil company in Iceland that sells under brands: Orkan, Shell and Skeljungur. Reykjanesbaer is the name of the borough (district) in which Keflavik lies.
Now I am sure. It is exactly as I wrote above. The third enigma word (FITJUM) should be one of grammar forms of FITJAR - name of the street in Keflavik, where the Orkan petrol station is situated. Hope it helps. Wojciech, Poland.
