I have no idea what the charge of $24.95 is, it appeared on my credit card statement. I called the 800-475-1942 number listed on my bill and they said they would send me a check for $24.95. Instead they sent a letter saying that no further charges would occur but "my purchase was made by an authorized user of the card" (credit card). I have no idea what the purchase could be
Ann Baker. You may have been a victim like my wife was. Check your credit card statement. I checked her's and saw that the wc*grocery coupons charge appears right after an authorized charge for Keranique. My wife placed a phone order by phone for Keranique and the sales rep kept pushing other offers which my wife declined. I discovered all this after a year and a half of $24.,95 being charged.
