The only thing I can imagine is the bill of a restaurant calle Le Cheval Blanc in a small village in France. But the amount is too small for a lunch with three people !
I think I found it !!! "Essflorealy" is short for Essence Floreal, a petrol filling station in Fontaine-lès-Dijon in France. This station is part of a Geant Casino-market and I remember buying petrol at such a market on the date mentioned on the ticket. Didn't notice the name of the town, however. Bought only 20 litres because we were close to Luxemburg and we knew the petrol would be much cheaper there !
