I found this charge on my statement too. I call to the bank, but they told that they can't do nothing and I have to complain in some of their offices...

It is the company Avast and/or AVG uses to deal with payments and purchases. For example: If you paid for Avast Pro Internet Security (an anti-virus suit) for $20, your card statement would show "DIGITALRIVE AV Amount: $20". If you used PayPal to make the purchase with your card, it would look like: "PAYPAL *DIGITALRIVE AV...." This is NOT a fraud company and is completely normal practice. This could happen "unexpectedly" per-say if you downloaded a free 60 trial of Avast Internet Security and DID NOT cancel before the 60 days. As clearly stated in the terms you would have agreed to, you will be charged for the full service after the 60 days is up. I'm assuming that is probably what happened to some of the other people that have made a post on here complaining. Go to the Avast or AVG company website directly and click Contact Us to deal with them directly if you feel like something is wrong. Again, real company, widely used by Avast and AVG. Hope this helps.
