This is from a website called Perfect Game USA (crosschecker.com is a website hosting service) that I narrowed down due to it's location. It is a baseball scouting services that hosts tournaments and you can sign your child up for some subscription apparently according to their website. Unless you're a sports mom/dad with an athletic kid then someone snagged your credit/debit info! SCAM.
