It is using different direct debit name for amount of $14.99 & $49.99 and this was starting last November 2021. I step in to my bank in Feb 2022 but still pending. Customer service told me to come back if direct ho through. Until I realise again that yhere is more direct debit after that. Definitely this is fraud.
