i just had the same problem. my brother ordered in ebay using my cc and the charge was under treptek llc. it was ok, i paid the amount. but just 3 days ago i was charged again with a higher amount. i tried to get intouch with paypal and the merchant but nobody could help me trace the transaction. and my brother is sure he didnt had any online purchase aside from the one before. sad.
