I received charge from same vendor for 200 IS. The only charge I made that day was for gas & charged just 100IS!

I went today Jan 14th, 2023 to put some gas for the car I rented. I put 100 shekels and the guy who attended me said that the card didn't pass through and he pass the card for second time and my surprise was that I got two charges for 200 shekels each when I just put 100 shekels I will report to the police and my credit card company to denounce it
