I have a client who has this charge also & I'm trying to figure out what it is for. He's has a masonry business and when I googled "Anchor 449 Keene" it came up with your question and then "Hamshaw Lumber" which is in Keene, NH. Does that make sense for your charge?
My card had the same info for something that we bought from Arthur Whitcomb Co. (concrete products) in Keene NH. Hope that helps!
