I have been charged with 70,5 lei while i was in train at 3.00 in the morning by OMV 1081 Cluj Napoca. This is clearly a fraud. used the card to buy a fuse tea from a vending machine in the train station in cluj Napoca... I think my card details were stolen... I blocked the card and i will change it.
