Not sure what pp stands for, but Newbala stands for New Balance as in New Balance shoes. At least that is what our charge was for with the same name PP *JOESNEWBALA CA. Maybe the CA means that they process payments in California, and pp stands for payment processed? not sure though, but I know NEWBALA means New Balance.
