I was charged £9.89 from sky digital intern not a clue who or what it is
I had £65 taken out of my account on 3rd april Sayinh ots for sky digital intern
I had 46.51 taken last week and after looking into it it's a payment for sky that my partner paid on the tablet. I've never seen it say sky digital intern before though so don't know why this payment says it.
Had £27 taken from my account for sky digital intern, which was done on the same day paying the same amount for sky subscription through my phone. I am with sky, and they know nothing about sky digital. Have contacted my bank, who are saying the sky digital inter payment was made with my phone, which is impossible as I only made the one payment. I am 110% positive that I only made the one payment, my phone is the only way to access WiFi, and the bank want to black list my phone before taking things further. Any ideas on what I need to do??
This company is taking money from my account and I have reported it to the police and my bank account this is fraud and I want my money returned
