I got 23 charges to my account!!! How can I block them??

I have gotten 5 charges on my debit card from tesco cheshunt GB in one night smallbut still have no idea how they got my card info I don't shop there. I live in the USA an I don't travel abroad eather and tesco won't reverse the charges they are no help my card has been deactivated by me after calling PayPal . They say they don't accept pay pal at there store I think that's crap cause of my issue I think they use stolen card info to get money out of people.

The £2.00 charge is taken from your account if you have used your card to do online shopping. this will happen if you shop at asda as well. this will then change to your shopping total amount when your shopping arrives. Tescos cheshunt is the main Head office for all the Tescos
I have been shopping with tescos online for ages and everytime I get this Tesco chestnut charge can I stop this and also try and get my money back.
