Kerr's imports sell traditional Scottish clothing and jewelry. They travel state to state going to different Celtic festivals. They are very nice people and I'm sure they will be willing to help you out if you in fact have a fraudulent charge.
I've bought Scottish wool wrap from them & I was charged accordingly. They are very nice & helpful people. I suggest contacting them & im sure they will make it right.
